Who We Are

We are a Dog friendly park with a view of the Indian River from most slips.We are mostly over 55 and very quiet.  We do our best to keep the park clean and secure.

     We are close to the beaches but not close enough to get the traffic. Shopping is just around the corner.

     We are close enough to Cape Canaveral that you can drive up to Coco and watch or you can see the rockets go up  from the front of the park.
